At Zencere, we pride ourselves on prompt and courteous product fulfillment. A tracking number will be provided whenever possible. If you have any questions or concerns about a delivery, please contact us directly for quick and satisfactory resolution. IN STOCK ORDERS: Gifts that are in stock at time of order completion will be shipped within 3 business days (unless stock count is in error, then you will be notified, and shipment will happen asap). The delivery of the gift will depend on USPS transport times, usually delivering within 5 business days of shipment. CUSTOM ORDERS: Gifts that are customized to your specifications will be shipped within 3 business days of customization completion. Please allow up to 3 weeks for shipment. HOLIDAY SHIPMENTS: All orders must be received by December 10th to ensure delivery within the continental U.S. in time for Christmas. International, Hawaii & Alaska orders should be placed by December 1st. Rush orders may be subject to extra shipping costs. All delivery is subject to USPS transport issues, supply chain issues and product availability. Returns: All sales are final, and returns are not accepted unless item is damaged in shipment.
